Olives.
Oooh, and fresh ( I mean just had the jaggy bits sliced off fresh) pineapple - 89 p each in Aldiss right now and I could eat two in a oner*
And then some olives.
* I did this last week and I can report something akin to the picolax thread. Luckily, I work from home and so long as you don't strain while on the mobile to colleagues, no one is any the wiser.
All fruit really except oranges - i hate the smell

bad is a very subjective word, all in moderation are fine and the pleasure from eating occasionally should offset any perceived bad.

Cherry toms. Love em. Eat them every day.
Spinach
Oranges
Broccoli, Olives, Grilled Sardines, Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, Lentil soup.....Most of which give me great pleasure eating and later on too.
Cheese and onion pasties
curry, beer, roast dinners, granola, sausages, bacon. Basically all food and drink, apart from the rare stuff I don't like. None of it's bad for you in moderation (and just about everything is in excess).
