Mostly the good times of the Bob Harris country show...... Apparently my usual choices are not child friendly so letting someone else do the choosing. Bob Harris seems like a good compere.

Mr Bungle – Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny Demo

Ah, I'm getting him mixed up with Mr Tumble. Sounded an odd divergence from his usual repertoire.

Literally changes all the time, because when I’m listening to music on my phone at work it’s always on shuffle, and I have over 38,000 tracks on it, that’s actual downloads not streamed. I did listen to a couple of Elbow’s albums last night, ‘Cast Of Thousands’ and ‘Elbowrooms’, and I was listening to Guy Garvey and Amy Lamá earlier, and Shazamed a few things.

New J.Cole The Offseason pretty much solid since Friday. By far one of the greatest rappers of this generation.

Highly likely to be next: 2020 - Richard Dawson
Currently: Birthday - Pom Poko
Previously: B'lieve I'm Goin Down - Kurt Vile
Before that: Dr Octagonecologyst - Dr Octagon

I tend to listen to an album for ages. I'm getting close to feeling the need to swap the current batch in the car (those up there ^, plus a couple more), but not quite there yet.

I'm never more than a couple of albums from a Wedding Present or Cinerama moment. I love the Locked Down and Stripped Back semi acoustic currently.

But also IDLES - Joy as an Act of Resistance has been a regular but after the FA Cup ident and sadexpunk's identification I've listened to ULTRA MONO 3x though taking daughter to theatre rehearsals today. If I've picked up a load of points on the M3, I'll be sending you the fines......

Last albums I listened to in entity (probably in the last 2-6 weeks):
Astronaut meets appleman by king creosote; free humans by hen ogledd;
And, err, lamb lies down on Broadway by genesis....

UNKLE – Ronin I

This is on repeat in my van. At home it's Sasha's Luzoscora album or radio shows on Openlab. He's playing some fantastic electronic music that wouldn't always fill a dance floor.

That KC album is brilliant. Got into after months and months of listening to his album with Jon Hopkins… “Diamond Mine”, which everyone should have a listen to.

Manchester Orchestra - “Million masks of god”. It’s got a lot to live up to though, compared to “Last black mile to the surface”.

Looking forward to Wolf Alice’s new album next month, should be brilliant if “The last man on earth” is anything to go by.

Black Mile to the Surface is fantastic, especially The Silence. New one isn’t as good (yet) but is still a really solid album

Ooh, didn't know there's a new Manchester Orchestra out <buys>

Been pretty much alternating between F***ed Up, the new Mogwai album and Titus Andronicus this week.

I bought a pair of £16 Logitech speakers for my PC so started testing some music when I discovered:

German Techno Bunker
Dark Minimal Techno Trip

I like it ... they go "boom, tish, boom, tish, boom, tish ... with some good sound effects which I thought is very nice as background music. Best thing of all nobody is singing.

Or HÖR BERLIN ... "boom, toom, boom, toom, boom, toom" ... Brilliant!

Not sure what they doing with the turntable but I guess mixing some music ... question is if they play those music which is not technically created by them do they have to pay license fees or something ...

Oh ya ... think I need more powerful speakers ... headphone sounds brilliant too.

The Black Keys - Delta Kream

I haven't listened to them for a while, don't know why I really like them. Love this album with its bluesy feel.

Billie Holiday, Lee Dorsey, Tina Charles and the BeeGees...

I finally got round to getting Apple Music so have been indulging a little ‘retro’ of late.

Also, Rosalías non-cd collaborations.

And Tripping with Nils Frahm and still waiting for the full Hania Rani album to drop.
