[Closed] WFH Help pls, Surface Laptop 2 & Dock

Does anybody have any experience in setting these things up? I needed a larger screed for doing cad work on so i bought the keyboard, dock & a larger monitor. Spent 30 mins or so this morning getting it all working but i have one remaining niggle that i can's suss out.
AS i don't have space to have the laptop open alongside the screen, it has to be closed. Now i've figured out how to stop the whole thing from turning off when closing the lid, but what i cant stop is the bloody thing deciding it doesn't want to keep connected to the internet. I still have a connection to wifi but its like it's decided that it doesn't want to use it, so i cant access the server, get emails and most importantly, get on STW!
