8-12c thunder storms, near washout yesterday, mud everywhere and I nearly picked up a shorty!!
So more for the ex pats show us the weather the Brits don't expect...
I lived in Sydney for a while.
The winter seemed to go on for ever. And it seemed to rain every day.
people think it rains all the time in devon.
in reality it's only most of the time.
People think its always lashing it down and blowing a gale at Lee Quarry. They're right.
In Scotland we have two seasons.

I grew up in Sydney and it rained a lot. Sure you had a nice warm summer but it could be pretty wet too. London is actually a lot drier

Morning, afternoon, evening and night time.

I'll attest to that, I'm down in Cornwall on a regular basis, often several times a week, and dull, cloudy, misty, drizzly or sodden is far more common than dry and sunny - on Wednesday driving from Saltash to Exeter was like on-shore power boating on the A30 up to the M5.
