Local sewage, run off, something going rampant in the hot weather ?
There is a sewage plant just up stream 🙁

Looks like algae. Nutrient rich water and hot weather can cause the algae to get a bit out of control.

Out of the two, I'm hoping its just algae. I'm helping to monitor Glass Eels in the area, but when we did this section it was horrible. Very new to this subject. This was today, before high tide.
