Is it possible to use an amazon fire tv stick abroad? i was wanting to use one in Spain but pretty sure it will only work in the UK. Could i use some sort of vpn service to fool it in to thinking i was still in the UK? Also is it possible to get full UK Sky in Spain or do you get a stripped down version over there?

I use unblock-us.com however I think that they don't officially support the fire stick. I have a roku though since Amazon stopped supporting my TV and it works fine.

You could, indeed use a VPN (I used to use strongvpn but again, their amazon support got bollocksed) and I use HMA on my laptop which works fine.

Lots of potentially illegal options using Kodi on a laptop or Android box.

PC, Firefox with a Hola plug-in for me. Admittedly not as practical to transport as a firestick.
