I cant believe someone would think that this would merit 999.
TBH hones tthe only time i'd consider 999 is if someone was in peril or a serious crime was taking place.

I don't know why anyone bothers calling the police, they're useless. Someone stole all the leaves off of a tree in my back garden a couple of months back. They literally laughed me out of the station, ****ing pigs!

I brought my snowman inside last night for safekeeping but when I came down in the morning, he'd had a piss all over the floor and then buggered off...
