Kite must have shown up on the Turnhouse radar: All flights cancelled as a precaution! ๐Ÿ˜€

Maybe using the older runway due to prevailing winds?

Maybe landing from the west because of the wind direction? Normally it is nose to tail EasyJet over Cramond. That would put me off living in Cramond - I couldn't be bothered replacing the missing roof tiles every week.

EDIT:- quick fingers Colin strikes again.

Winds were North Westerly and 12 knots so nowt to stop them using the main runway. The only change they normally have due to wind conditions is approaching from the west or the east. Never heard of them using the other runway.

Well the RAF are having a great time in the Tweed Valley today. How low can you go, and all that.

Pedant alert. Prevailing winds never change. Day to day weather changes all the time.

What a strange way of saying you've lived in Edinburgh for 6 years.

I think so too. I mean, it's not like we need sewage services. We just flush it all into the Water of Leith and it ends up at your place...

Not good enough, correctly punctuated and appropriate capitalisation. You could have at least added some random capitals and spelt things wrongly. You'll only make yourself get noticed on here! ๐Ÿ˜†

Seems you had psychic powers SbZ. Were you responsible for spreading chaos powder around Edinburgh airport today?

Yes. Wish it was closed more often as it truly was peaceful with no planes. There wasnt even anything flying over either. Strange.
