It's ok, isn't it !

Small hernia repair on Monday and working at home as can't drive till next week. 2 miles in the sun yesterday lunch, 4 miles in mental wind and rain today ๐Ÿ™‚ Semi-rural route from home and really good just to get a blast of fresh air. It does remind me how little I actually walk in a normal week tho.....

Time to take up running. It's just like walking but you arrive sooner....

Being retired I split my week 50/50 between walking & riding. 2 knee arthroscopies also rule running out for me too.

The arrival of LittleMissMomo 9 weeks ago has reduced my available time to ride down to near zero, thankfully we have a nice large park 5 minutes walk from the house so I'm getting my outdoors fix taking her out in her pram, she has perfected her power slides and wheelies already ๐Ÿ˜†

I love fell walking, but do find myself spotting MTB lines whenever I'm out!
