Before I past my driving test I thought nothing of walking upto 10miles in a day- just doing normal 'stuff'.

Pass and BANG!

This morning rather than drive into town I decided to walk in and back (4miles). Same with lunch- circa 3miles.

Not hardwork but boy is it sweaty. Its been a very very longtime since I've actually walked ANYWHERE come to think of it. Apart from a Supermarket, between pubs etc etc - all probably less than a mile total huh?

Soddin cars. I'm going to start walking more. ๐Ÿ˜€

Its a very short walk to the Park where hes let loose and rips round chasing other dogs in circles whilst I stand with the other obese-types nattering ๐Ÿ˜†

The best thing I ever did was taking up sleep walking.

Get into bed at about 11pm, and then by 11.30 I'll be "out and about" getting the miles in.

I dont have to wake up for work till about 7am so I can do a fair distance in a night. Seems like you may aswell be doing something, even if it is just walking - its just lost time lying down otherwise

Well he probably brings a poop scoop with him.
Just give it a week or two and you'll be power walking in no time-take the dog on a longer walk once a week etc.
