Hi not sure I will get any support from here but thought it was worth a try.
I have decided to challenge myself to this ride for charity, I have been off the bike for a fair bit and thought this would be good motivation to get fit and also raise some money for a good cause.
I rode 12 miles on Sunday and realise how much work I need to put in! 😯
But I will do this and any donations will be very welcome.
I am doing this ride for Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham (Team cancer) to support cancer patients and their families.
I can update anyone who is interested and wants to hear about my struggle to get fit!

Thought I would update this and my other thread, thanks to all who have donated offline and I am now up to just over £500 pounds which is great and I hope to keep the donations coming in.
