Any recommendations ?

Ive been with Adrian Flux last year but their excess is £350, premium £505.

Money Supermarket has come back with Autonet £464 £100 excess.

Any other companies ? It's just the bike and dog van so I only need social domestic and pleasure.

Cheers.

Gladiator for me. They've been the cheapest for a few years on the trot, and reduced their renewal premium to below my cheapest quote last year when it looked like they were going to price themselves out.

Did you get turned down by a car insurer already?

Aviva covered me for social & domestic for a reasonable price, joint policy with our car.

A plan worked out best for me, less than Flux with a lower excess.

No, I'm a Driving Instructor so my car is on a School policy and that company only do Driving Schools.

The Autonet quote is still the best deal, just tried direct line and I stopped listening when I heard " 1 thousand......" 😯

Will try Aviva van insurance.

Thanks.

Bedford van insurance for me.
Cheapest by far every year.
Think I found them via van compare.

No free Brian toy or Meercat shite either.

Mike with some fantastic insight there.

Most of the decent van insurers aren't on the price comparison sites, especially if you're after social only use.

I've used directline and hastings recently, both were good. With AFlux now, they were much better once I added more of a day van conversion.

Brentacre. Based in Wales, understand mountain biking. By far the cheapest for me when I was starting with no ncd.

+1 for Brentacre, by far the cheapest on a modified Transit (extra seating, microwave, Eberspacher etc) on business use.
Good to deal with as well. Would really recommend.

Do a google on Autonet IIRC not great when I checked into them after initial low quote.

Yep as over 5 years I must have been getting stiffed... It's also a very good starting point to check how your other specialists are going. All my van insurance till I left was coming in cheaper than a boring Skoda Octavia with the same drivers.
