Thinking of taking the family to Val di sole for the world's next year. Will combine with some time at Garda.ย  I have been without them to Les gets for worlds and ft William so sort of know how it works.ย  Any advice on where to stay? Can you walk down the side of the track relatively easily (assuming they will use black snake).ย  Any other tips really. Kids are 10/14.ย  Should we plan more than a long weekend there because there is loads more to do?ย  ย Cheersย

We're going next weekend. Kids similar age. We're staying 15 mins away. I got tickets with gondola included...not sure what track access will be like.

Aiming to ride Paganella beforehand, then heading over to V di Fassa the next week. I'll let you know how it goes.

It's very easy to access the side of black snake - walking it is tricky as it can be very dusty/slippy.ย  If wet, I imagine it could be a lot of fun.ย  We booked quite late and so got a hotel at a bit of a distance, then drove over.ย  Even that was painless.

Hi all

Re-igniting this chat as I would like to get some accommodation booked up.ย

Thinking of staying in Madonna di campiglo for about 9 days around the world champs, it's a largeish town and I think it's near enough to drive to venue and back.ย ย

Any other places I should look at or any other tips for places to stay in the vicinity?

Any general advice about family summer holiday in Val Di sole very welcome.ย

Thanks

We had an absolute blast. Met all the riders, loved walking the side of the track.ย
We stayed in a great apartment 15 mins drive away at Val di Rabbi which was nicely out of the way. Did some nice walks, rode Paganella.ย
