Any recommendations? After a small, light, cheap, astonishingly great power pack to charge a phone off AAA‘s. Ta.
why AAA's particularly?
I have a pile of old laptop 18650 lion cells that I load into powerbank boxes and use. Just put 4x together to give to friends/colleagues. Charge over USB and have a USB outlet for charging phone Although a single cell unit might not put out enough grunt to do an iphone, it's fine on my nexus, I also have a 2x 18650 pack for longer trips or doing the tablet.
I got a cheap, no name one from eBay. It works fine.
Sorry, I'm after something that I can load AAA's into and then use to charge a phone. Everything else I'll be using is AAA's.
You can get tube/spacers to make AAAs fit into AA devices?
Can't help thinking that you'd need a shitload of AAA's to charge a phone, they don't carry a lot of juice.
