Do you live in Royston Vasey and buy meat from your local butcher?

It depends....were you picking it just before it started bleeding? if so then it's just nature...

it happens from time to time. as long as it's not a regular thing I wouldn't worry*

Dried out from the breathing hard in dry air? That is a common cause. Its always worth having an MOT health check every now and then tho

I get them now and again, lots of cocaine in my earlier years and a life
addicted to nasal sprays. Nosebleeds nothing to worry about. People who don't get them often assume
they are a sign of bad things. They ain't.

Has the weather suddenly got warmer?
Weather-based pressure changes can bring them on as well as body-based pressure (if that makes sense)

Allergies? I used to get loads of nose bleeds in hayfever season (ie now) due to rubbing my nose so much. Once I learnt it was hayfever and took the antihistamines I've had none. Out riding bikes in the countryside exposes you to lots of pollen...

Could dry skin cracking.

If it stopped shortly and doesn't happen again relax.

If it takes 30mins+ to stop or reoccurs then see your GP.

lol On the internet, any symptom is a sign of a terminal and painful death.

I had a few random nosebleeds (amongst other things), turned out I had a sinus infection and a whopping great polyp!

Keep your eye on it, nothing to worry about on its own. If you start getting them more often or you start noticing other problems, get it checked out to be on the safe side 🙂

In my experience, there is only one reason for nosebleeds. Going too hard on the chop the night before.

Or at least that's what everyone else will think 🙂
