Has anyone got any tips for unlocking a Vodafone phone on contract. It seems that it might need to be 3 month old . Is this true or has anyone got any experience of getting a Samsung phone unlocked .
Cheers

Free if out of contract, £19.99 if still in contract:

Or probably some market stall will do it if the right kind of phone

I bought a payg LG G4 from Vodafone and unlocked it the same day for 3-4 pounds using a code from eBay (this seller http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/zaftech15 )

Don't use Vodafone. I requested them to unlock it, charged £20 and didn't unlock it. Spent a few weeks arguing that it was still locked and wouldn't work with my 3 or EE sim card which they blamed the other networks. Found someone on the internet (can't remember name) who charged $10 to unlock and it was done the same day.
