Mrs Stoner and I were talking about this this morning. She's cycled across the Crimean peninsula - the mountains behind balaclava she says are stunning. Im not sure though how seriously to take her though as she described the Crimea having been given to Ukraine by it's bezzie mate Kruschev while pissed. But she did live in Moscow for seven years so she may have developed a slightly twisted view on things 😯

(2HM + 4HR) - (2 HM + 2HR) = 196 - 148
2HR = 48
HR = 24
HM + (24) = 74
HM = 74 - 24
HM = 50
So, the solution is 24 horses and 50 humans.

I was discounting 3 legged horses since horses with broken legs don't seem to have a very long life expectancy
