I think she's sat down with her leg's crossed and so is leaning to one side. One shoulder is slightly lower.

For 100% sure. I would much rather be presented with a nice lady in an array of lightweight frippery ready to be unwrapped like an extremely wonderful present.
The mystery is 99% of the fun.
