Anybody aware of any in particular? I've been told "We are aware of some delays with the UK postal service due to holiday periods etc" as a reason why a replacement part sent from the Netherlands on 20th April hasn't arrived. I know we've had lots of holidays, but I still make that 9 working days and getting a bit fed up.
I might as well name and shame whilst I'm at it - don't get a Buffalo HD, as mine came with the wrong power supply and I'm waiting for one which works (should have just sent it back for refund, but I thought them sending me new power supply would be less hassle 🙄 )
The problem is - any backlog will only be dealt with as & when they can, they've already missed their times with those so they'll concentrate on the stuff that's still on time
Otherwise everything would be late and that would look terrible 😆
I've been waiting for a bearing shipment since last friday, still nothing, so not good!, the service gets worse and worse and the management of the entire royalmail is simply useless!
