Joff Summerfield robbed in Ecuador. Sounds a particularly nasty one. Stalked to his campsite, tied, hooded, and gun held against his head for some time. THankfully he was physically unharmed. Tour over though

Sounds horrendous, agree with him that 99% of people are great, I guess there are places where the 1% hang out. Worth remembering that possessions and cash can be replaced.
