TV shows that should be cancelled

Not a show so much as the fake/manufactured drama in many of them.

"Would they be able to complete the task on time?!"

"The weather is closing in, they've only got one shot at this!"

"They can't get the parts, prompting a frantic set of phone calls to track down an alternative!"

Oh phew, they made it... 🙄
A lot of these shows would be more interesting if they binned off the fake drama and actually discussed some engineering (or whatever it happens to be).

"COOKING DOESN'T GET ANY TOUGHER THAN THIS!!"

Oh, I bet it does, Greg. They're making a jam roly-poly for an octogenarian, not grilling pork chops in the lion enclosure at Whipsnade.

On the fake jeopardy front could this please get binned off from any Guy Martin programme? They'd be really quite interesting if they weren't dumbed down to 20 mins of actual content in an hour's programme with the rest being made up of adverts, recaps and the aforementioned jeopardy quotient.

Don't forget the obligatory brew-ups

I wouldn't cancel any of the tv as there is so much choice, I can just turn over if I don't like what's on.

However, I'd like to considerably like to change the news to include more good news stories instead of the depressingly large amount of negative news that is currently shown.

Also maybe reduce the amount of graphic violence on TV, there really is not any need for some of it.

I think YouTube has really shown how to produce great content without the usual tv show 'drama' and 'commercialism' and general dross formats.

This is a good one. I used to watch Ice Road Truckers with my FiL. It got to the point where I actually wanted to see one of them crash through the ice and drown. Stop promising icy death and not delivering! Look what you’ve made me in to TV!

Question Time.  I used to like watching it but it is now out of control awful.

Keep all the sport and reality stuff as people stay in to watch it.  Best time for a ride = when Wales is playing.
