Looking for travel insurance to the States. 1 month, single trip.
Anybody got any recommendations or warnings re travel insurance?

Scottish, so might wear a kilt and tell people my names Ally McGrahi - will that make any difference?

I use insure and go for about £100 a year for my wife and I. I got some "extreme sports" coverage for a few days in Whistler for about £3-4 a day which was cheaper for me than specific bike friendly insurance.

Single trip insurance was surprisingly expensive when I checked this year so you might want to check annual.

You be fine without it
Just tell them you're from Scotchland & you believe that they now have a communist NHS just like back home

Failing that
Dogtag or Snowcard would be worth checking out if you're doing any biking or similar
