I have just started using a macbook
I'm trying to get photos from my htc one to it
I have tried installing htc sync and my macbook says it won't install it due to it being not from the app store
Any ideas?
I'll need it explaining very slowly as I'm a bit mac illiterate 😀

Right click the app/installer (or command click) and select open, then the correct response from the following dialogue box (not the highlighted default) and it will open.

Won't it just open as a removable disc?

Mac user just gone to Android after using iPhone for years, I downloaded Android file transfer that works fine.
Before that Mac wouldn't show the phone and had to remove the sd card and put into the Mac.
