How long after lunch should i leave it before heading to the gym for a quick cardio session?
big stodgy lunch. 2hrs?

Two hours in general but can be shorter or longer...see how you feel.
I'f I've been greedy it on the pasta I can be 3 hours before I feel like I can run, like wise if I've had a big salad or that type of thing I can be out in the hour!
