Is it that hard to just write the name?
Former Friends star Matt LeBlanc is be one of the new presenters of Top Gear when the motoring programme returns to BBC Two in May.
No Sabine? We want Sabine!
Well, that'll be a laugh.
I liked his character in Actors, hope he does that one and not the stupid one in Friends.
Be alwright I reckons.
But then how can the show take the pi55 out of the Germans and Americans - or is that old school, and this new version will be all politically correct ?
No Chris Harris then?
Think I'll wait for the new Clarkson/May/Hammond one.
No Fred Harris then? Gutted.
No Keith Harris?
But then how can the show take the pi55 out of the Germans and Americans
and the Mexicans, Irish, Spanish, Japanese, Peugeot Drivers?
It'll be rubbish.
No Rolf Harris?
Calvin Harris?
Not Joe Cocker?
Tony Hart?
I mean nothing can be worse than American Top gear... Can it?
Ken Dodd's Dads Dog?
No Richard Harris then?
Not Joe Cocker?
I have some terrible news for you...
Dammit. I had money on Maurine from Driving School.
I have some terrible news for you
What he's hasn't' gone to other side has he? You know Fifth Gear?
He's not even a real baby kangaroo.
Should have got Alex Roy over from Drive, love his cracked monologues.
Well played captainsasquatch - see what you did there ^^^ 😀
You're not going to like this, well you might, but this blokes also no longer with us..
Orville has gone?!? But he was still in nappies. So Sad...
Maybe as the cars become driverless they should do away with the presenters as well.

It isn't.
Hmm, not sure about this. I like Matt le Blanc in Friends and Actors, but when interviewed he seems about as charismatic as a plank. It'll be interesting to see which way he goes when presenting.
And how would Mr LeBlanc greet the lady pictured above.
I was hoping for Ronnie Pickering:
Who? 😉
Who?
Ronnie Pickering.
I'm hoping for Ronnie in "Star in a reasonably priced car". I think he'll do well providing he stays on his feet.
Ronnie Pickering.
Who?
Please speak up, I'm on the train and can't hear you properly.

I'm in that club. Is disappoint.
Matt's a biker. It'd be nice to see some bikes.

So what you're saying is that when he's doing his job as a professional actor he's very good at it, but when he's not.....he's not. How does this worry you again?
It worries me because I believe presenting and acting require a different set of skills. I can't imagine Chris Evans, Clarkson, May or Hammond being able to act for instance. Happy to be proved wrong, but I'd bet Clarkson would be in the Jeff Goldblum school of [s]typecasting[/s] acting.
"all experienced motoring journalists".
"When Jeremy Clarkson gives you an opinion you can respect it,"
😆
