A also haven't watched it, but I'm fairly sure that the format is getting tired, it's was way better when Noel Edmunds presented it, and that it's a waste of license payers money.

What a pointless waste. Crashing cars is so Top Gear 1996.

Except that didn't look staged.

I couldn't make it past the Kazakhstan piece, it's so painfully contrived and dull. Matt does his best but is clearly in it for the money, the other two are as likeable as Harold Shipman.

And they've change the "new" track back to the old track ?

I'd like to say you caught that, but it was the electronics" ๐Ÿ˜†

Chris Harris makes this, the other 2 are ok, but Chris Harris is as good as ever!

I'm not watching it, it's on in the background. Enjoyed the Ferrari bit but rest is dull.

Dull and humourless. And for that reason . . . I'm out.

Yep, liked that, not quite up there with the best of the Clarskon era, YET, but a lot better than Clarkson lot was on GT and definitely better than the last few years of Clarkson's top gear.

Looking forward to seeing where they go with this!

But you're going to give an opinion that you admit is completely uninformed?

I only saw the second half. I'll catch up when it's on Dave.

That was alright.
A reasonable hour of entertainment.
I don't think the Harris shunt was staged.
I will be tuning in next week and happy not to have a pint with those that found it boring/humourless/crap.

Phew they pulled it back with the Baikanur challenge. 7 out of 10 I reckon. Not as good as the Grand Tour but a decent effort.
I'll watch it again next week.

Who do I complain to about this?

I quite liked it too, a reasonable start. Much better than the Evans series.

The challenge was the only bit worth watching, whilst playing Farmword on Facebook.

I've grow out of it all.

I think it will develop nicely. Needs time for characters to develop. At least there was no awkward supplicant behaviour.

Liked that, not great but a good foundation to start on. New studio looks great though, drooling at the Countach on top of the wall ๐Ÿ˜€

Enjoyable fluff. As expected.

I like the idea of the "Reasonably fast car" as a replacement.

I'm finding Chris Harris a bit awkward to watch. Matt LeBlanc and Rory Reid seem pretty good though

The irony of Chris Harris complaining about continuity errors only to have his own when driving away from the quarry accident in his patched up Volvo they showed the front of his car completely perfect.

Some scotch bloke in the red car driving badly round the track, 3 others trying to joke about anything and bleep machine getting tried out,not bad filming and editing of the high mileage cars, otherwise it wasnt that good

I enjoyed that. Better than the first few episodes of Grand Tour. Nicely filmed, some genuine comedy moments. Matt Leblanc has that dry sense of humour that just works without sounding contrived.

I enjoyed it, TGT was a major disappointment considering the money they spent, 5minutes in and the Fxxk/Daytona footage/production showed how it should be done.

I also liked it because I'm boring and own a similiar age V70

I enjoyed it, I think it will get better and people will become more comfortable with it as time goes on but I guess some will insist on disliking it....

I've only watched half of it, just up to crashing the Volvo

And I have to say that, despite preconceptions, it looked decent

Some chemistry developing between the hosts. Remember Hammond and May were relatively unknown at the start of TG. It could be that the 'other two' flourish without Evans. And MleB to be the star that glues it together? Certainly has promise

A lot better filmed than TGT

Matt seems to tie everyone together but can someone just handcuff them all ? The hand movements when talking were annoying but Matts clapping was just unneeded.

Let's hope it develops. Much better without Chris on it.

It was PGSNDTIBOTV (Perfectly Good Sunday Night Doing The Ironing Brain Off TV) and much better without Evans constantly trying too hard.

I rather enjoyed that. Missed Sabine though, she was the best (only good) thing about the last series.
