Working at height, don’t want to drop the drill 40’. Is there something available similar to a photographer’s camera clip that slips round the wrist?

Could you tie a bit of rope/bungee cord to the drill and attach to your tool belt/harness/ladders?
Only thing that gets attached to my wrist is a magnetic wristband for holding screws and other lightweight magnetic fixings.

I’m such a doofus. I’ve answered my own question.

/removes lanyard from DSLR and puts on drill

Tool belt with drill holster is also really handy working from a ladder. Alternatively a bucket with a hook for attaching it to the ladder.
