too many requests

Is anyone else getting the "too many requests" message on a blank page?

Sometimes I can't access the website, sometimes the forum and sometimes a specific thread, it's a new forum bonus feature for me this weekend

I've had it before a few times, but my main issue ATM is the overview page takes an age to load before you can go to a thread.

I can't listen to the bbc app through a speaker and browse. The app playback stutters.
