Although not a fan of either team, this is shaping up to be a very interesting tie so - can anyone recommend any links to where I might be able to see it online?

Ta.

That is wrong in so many ways - not least the apostrophe abuse 😀 😀 unless they are describing the welcoming committee of course!

I'm not even into football but this match is of such gargantuan importance that I have paid £22.50 for a month of Sky Sports just to watch it. What a complete nobber I am.

Can't wait though.

I'm struggling to understand how anything of gagantuan importance can be had for only £22.50!

But my £22.50 merely provides me with a window into the gargantuan event. I will gain no material from this transaction.

😉

I would of probably joined flashstreamsports and paid 4 quid for a day pass...

I would've just gone to the pub and paid £3 for a pint whilst watching the game. You get a much better atmosphere in a pub too...unless it's a fighty type establishment. Then you'd just get fights.

that's where I'll be and I have little interest in football any more.

Matches like this have to be watched in the pub. Its the law!!

Preferably with a 50/50 split of reds and blues to ensure a healthy level of banter/abuse

Wouldn't that risk pint-spillage incidents?

May I remind you all that I live in Salford. I consider the £22.50 a bargain as includes personal insurance against DFCIs - drunken football cock incidents. And beers cheaper at ours.

I used to drink in The Charlestown!
Great pub, had my biggest motorbike accident just outside (no, I had not been drinking).
Happy days.

Anyway, all round to Derek's place tonight then.
What pies have you got?

More importantly... what beer has he got in?

And will he mind us bouncing up and down on the sofa, throwing beer about, when we score?

Not being a great follower of the game I at least understand now why a client meeting tonight was brought forward an hour - he'd a UTD fan....... evidently he's got a home / pub to get back to... 🙂

binbins, you'll have to drive a fair bit south if you want a pub with a 50/50 mix.

True Bravisimo. Very true

Singapore? Malaysia?

Where've you been hiding anyway? Did you accidentally seal yourself in under a floor? 😀

Not THAT bothered and I am trying to cut down on alcohol at the moment so will be content watching it at home or even just reading the updates on the Sky Sports app.

Skygo login is dead due to high demand, balls (or lack thereof)

I'm assuming the illegal feeds will be shite this evening with the demand. My local is showing it but it's a proper shithole. 😐

Because it would appear that you are paying to watch an illegal service. I haven't found anything yet to identify the site as legal, but I'll keep on looking or perhaps you can show me something from the contract.

Believing the pre-game hype.
Should have realised that whiskey nose would bottle it and pick a team to defend, after the 6-1 hiding they got earlier in the season.
He should have had a go at winning it, but left it too late.

SkyGo working fine on my phone on the caravan site wi-fi.

Had it propped up on my laptop whilst I finished my VAT Returns.

If you'd have said to me 15-20 years ago that I'd be sat watching a live footy game on a mobile phone, I'd have said you were mad.

If someone had told me 15-20 years ago that City were top of the table and had won two derbies in a season, I'd have thought they were a Stockport County fan having a laugh.

I still miss the bitter sweet feeling I got knowing they'd loose to Grimsby Town...

dib dab - I'm still hoping that they'll revert back to the old City yet. This would involve them absolutely tonking Newcastle 5-0 or something, then having an off day and throwing the title away with a 1-0 loss at QPR

I live in hope anyway.

Yeah that WOULD be a double win (it might keep 'Toonarmy' out of the Big Cup as well).

(Not a Manyuu fan as such but I have become a 'proxy' supporter in memory of my dad who was a big fan). This is a confusing place to be as I am actually a Leeds fan.
