Officially have a slipped disc and havent slept for almost 2 days - it's been ongoing for a few years but last nights outburst was evil !
Doctor said I'll feel like I'm drunk with all that inside me !

You have my sympathies, pretty much all of my 2015 was screwed due to disc issues.

You are missing the tramadol and tamazapan you light weight.
Lived on tramadol and tamazapan for nearly four years after ****in the ankle. Stopped last September and it feels like waking from a bad dream
Oh yeah I'd personally drop the Daimazipan in favour of tramadol, and if I was taking it old-school 2-3 cigs and can or two of Monster, I stretched out some ligaments in my arm and generally strengthen it on that cocktail - id go walking the countryside holding little light weights for hours off my head.
