Been out for tea to an Italian called Piccolinos tonight. I've had a pint of Moretti, a glass of Valipollacella and an Amaretto to finish. Was delicious with tea!

Back at home and having a bottle of Peroni now!

The Galaxian recipe isn't quite complete,I cooled to 80degC post-boil and added 30gm Galaxy and steeped for 30 mins,then finished cooling as usual,I find it gives a whack of hop aroma to the beer.
