Stubbed one of mine this morning. Mrs Feet was full of sympathy, not. Moaned at me for bleeding on the floor, demanding to know what I'd smacked my toe in. Apparently a half yelp/expletive isn't an answer.
eight hours later, it still bloody hurts. Toes are bloody rubbish
They're handy for not falling over.
Not looking where you're going, that's rubbish 😉 . And getting in trouble for hurting yourself is rubbish too.
Wait until you get Gout in your big one.

I think he flymo'd his toes, but that was local heresay amongst my fellow teenage reprobate peers, so possibly complete guff.
He did hobble though.

I never really appreciated mine til I broke a big toe. And even then, I was conflicted, because on the other hand it turns out having functional big toes is useful, but on the other hand they're right attention seeking bastards when you break them

After climbing for first time in 10yeArs last week and squeezing into my old five tens ...... My ingrown toenail has made its self known after years of living in harmony.
Dug it out of the nail bed and hacked it off on saturday.
Now its really narking.
Fingers crossed it gets less sore soon 🙂
