If me and the missus were going with the little one, we would be heading to the old gate. Really like it there, never been with the Baba, but it's big enough to wheel a pram around and i assume they have high chairs.

Hebden is absolutely full of families with toddlers and young kids, so most places should at least be reasonably welcoming if not set up practically. Cafe in the Town Hall should be ok - I think they even have some kind of session for families in the week (I work upstairs and it's like a creche down there sometimes). Old Gate pub is big enough to use prams in. Loads of cafes, but some are a bit pokey for prams etc. Nice cafe called Park Life Cafe in the park in town - a good bet if the weather's not too Hebdeny. Enjoy your visit.
