having the electric assist really helped maintain the momentum on some very fast roads.
shame about my saddle. The gel can’t support my weight, so I’m basically riding atop the saddles frame. Like balancing on the corner of a filing cabinet 😣😣😣
It must be Easter, because my arse was crucified.

Off in the distance, beyond the edge of the Cotswolds, directly above the seat, you can see, misty and grey, Bannau Brycheiniog! Probably Fan Fawr and Pen y Fan, they’re the two highest points, but it’s possible to see a range of hills in the distance when it’s clear like today was.
Without doubt the worst energy bar I've ever had the misfortune to eat. Nearly a year out of date but was probably awful from the factory. Lovely ride though. 
These are in the woods right next to where I was shooting at archery earlier today, the air was full of their scent. Glorious.
