that's not a day off.. that's still a diet !!!!!

Jesus.... a day off is a Large Dominos with extra cheese, then the Peroni.... then burgers for lunch... and Indian take-away for tea ๐Ÿ™‚

Funny how i can't shift this last 7lb on my diet though.

Belgian waffles and apple juice for breakfast
Pepporoni pizza and tomato and mascarpone tortellini for lunch
Roast chicken with all the trimmings (inc mash) for dinner

I probably could have carried on with the diet without all those banned foods, the biggest problem I find is the glass of juice at breakfast: I don't drink tea or coffee and have probably been drinking juice at breakfast for 25 years plus. Water just doens't cut it.

idave are vitamin c tablet type drinks ok? any thoughts on aspartame in cordial/pepsi max?

My days off usually start with a dozen krispy kreme donuts...

By the way, aspartame is evil stuff in many subtle ways - best avoided imo. You're better off with the sugar.

Yes, but I don't eat them all. I couldn't.. I don't actually like them as much as normal doughnuts.

What do you do with those that you don't eat? Rub them on your chest?

I used to go a bit mad on the day off, now find I just relax things a bit and have sandwiches, some beers and curry etc like I always have. There is something a bit binge and purge about having 24 hours of gorging, I used to find it made me feel nauseous, probably cos I had got used to not dealing with all the sugar!

That was all...I thought 8 slices of bread was excessive!

BTW, cauliflower rice has totally transformed this approach to eating. It's brilliant!

If I told you what I ate yesterday, normal day, you would slip into a bread induced coma ๐Ÿ˜‰
