One of my suppliers was due to send something with TNT yesterday but has just called me to say all UK operations are suspended!

One of my colleagues has tried to book a collection this morning (a medical device that requires manufacturer repair). We've tied to using TNT by a national framework agreement so setting an alternative courier up is going to take time. Worrying!
They've had a systems outage, should be back soon i guess?
Just had a delivery a day late by TNT so they are still going.
Aren't they getting rebranded "federal express" soon?
The first we knew of it was when our regular driver told us yesterday that he wasn't collecting (whilst sat in our yard). Haven't been able to send anything with them today, though the driver was back in for a chat at his usual collection time. We had to wander down to the post office to send out our deliveries today and I'm told you could barely get in the door for parcels from surrounding business.
TNT's booking system is now showing that they'll be collecting again tomorrow.
