Wow incredible, the amount of hours that must have gone in to that!

I wonder what they retail them for?

I wouldn't buy one. If its anything like its full size counterparts, its bound to crash.

You could have got Al's A10 for £17.5k.

How many RC jet turbines would I need to combine together to get enough thrust to get me off the ground in a modified microlight?

What size motors? Rossy the JetMan gets away with 2 but doesn't ROG.
Props would probably be more efficient at microlight speeds.

Ah right, so those wingsuits use RC turbines!

I had no idea. Cheers!

Still think a cluster of them in a light jet-style microlight would be cool.

Meh.... you'd have thought they'd line up the screw heads (1m 17s)

Can Kerman sustain straight and level flight or just reduce his glide slope? Also does he have any reserve power to cater for an engine failure?

Rossy can actually climb, just has to launch by jumping from a plane.

He can certainly fly, just not take off from a runway. I would guess that if he lost an engine, he could carry on flying, but if he lost a pair on one side it would put him into a flat spin, so he'd have to do an emergency shutdown and deploy his chute.
At least he doesn't have worry about ejecting... 😀
