Perhaps not my place to say since I'm not a particularly regular poster...but I have to say STW might do well to divide this forum into more categories. As it is new topics disappear to page quite a lot faster than you can skin a beetle. Surely it's worth dividing a bit so you can actually find stuff you're interested in...? (or maybe it's just me...)

How about a 'like' button?

The key is spending every waking minute on here so you don't miss a thing and therefore needn't go hunting

There's only two bits of the forum. And that manages to confuse most of us. Any more and it's be anarchy

i would love a sub fourum on cx (not racing) drive trains.

Then i could discuss the pros/ cons of 33/44 and 30/42 chinrings with other like minded folk, with out being botherd by all the CX (racing) drivetrain folks.

Tomthumb would that be open to people who use CX as a commuter or is that a separate forum?

Beetles have exoskeletons, not skins.

We need sub forums for the following.

Crisps
Airfix/Scalextic
Guy Martin appreciation
Top Gear
Greggs
Other non-Greggs pie vendors
Cross dressing (for Postierich)

I think its good as it is

Its really easy for a forum to get so quiet its not worth bothering with

Also STW is all about answering questions about topics that we know nothing about. Specialism could lead to a dangerously high quality of answers

Yes just for those who are struggling to grasp the beetle comment, which is a little crap because I made it up, yes you could skin a beetle very quickly owing to it having an exoskeleton.
Just think, a whole separate 'wheels' category where you could constantly recycle the size is everything issue...

I'd just be happy with a 'go to first unread' button. I've worn out three tablets scrolling up and down working out what I have already read or not.

But it's got no skin! It'd be more like shelling a crab.

(Edited, cos I am slow)

Well we should definitely have a 26"/29er/650b section so he does have a small point, but then again I'm usually wrong in all cases on here

I can exoskeleton a beetle much faster, but I prefer to skin them.

As for crabs, you can keep them. Pervert.

we should definitely have a 26"/29er/650b section

But which one is quicker?

Tips: use the search button

Or, more usefully, type site:singletrackworld.com and your search query into Google.

Well we should definitely have a 26"/29er/650b section so he does have a small point,

Aye, would be useful so the rest of us can avoid the endless wheel size debates, and avoid worrying about the kittens.

Will no-one think of the kittens?

Nah just need to wait. Fact*: Every single question that could ever be asked about bikes has been asked on here, and gets repeated at least once a week.

*not a fact

I heard they were waiting until ten threads had been started over there- could be a while yet ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sorry- poor taste, I hope it manages to become popular.
