A lift home after work tonight in place of my bike commute of 4 miles up hills. Failing that, could I please have a Group B Audi Quattro.

You can surely get a quadcopter for a lot less than that - thanks for getting me to google, as that is a lot less than I've seen one of those for before - I definitely don't need one of those, and it would be very hard to justify at the normal price, but I think I probably want one enough at that price...

Oh god why did you have to post that....

Only a V1 but still...... *hides wallet for safety*

B7 RS4 Avant...trying to convince the other half that it's a good, safe practical car that would be a good mummy wagon / weekend car for me once bambinos are in the cards.

I'd also like a SC Blur 4X and some posh wheels for for SX and a dropper post and...

Only a V1

It is - I'm just waiting for somebody to save me by pointing out that a V1 is rubbish and I shouldn't waste my money.

Try one of the 1 watt amps or if you need more look at the DSL or JVM series. Both work well low volume and loud.

I already have an old (although had it from new) Marshall Valvestate 8280, which is way too 'kin loud for the house!

TuckerUK,,he's been "fettling" it for neigh on 7 years now and whilst he's done a fine job on the bodywork and the look, the drivetrain has had some issues..
He used to rally it in one of the local clubs road rallies, I'll get some photos.. Looks rather nice...
Sounds most excellent... Got a real gritty howl.

Chewkw, Cold Steel Kukri; niiiice! As it happens, I've got a genuine Gurkha Kukri upstairs that was my dad's, he served with Gurkhas during the war, and I guess was given it, but I never had a chance to ask him. It's a bit tatty, but it's bloody sharp!
It'd be nice to get the sheath restored...

Seeing mechmonkey's Gransfors axe reminded me, I've got a Gransfors camping hatchet, which is a fantastic little axe, which I hardly ever use, but damn, I really want one of these:

An Elise, or Exige

This. Or more specifically a supercharged Exige.

Or the driving ability of my brother in law and an Elise (after experiencing this recently :-o)

An old-style tin opener.

I don't need one as we have a new-style tin opener which does indeed open tins, but I preferred the way the old-style tin opener opened tins.

Info on the carbon fibre fishes here;

Check out the Racing Mako! Don't know how much they cost but as they're made by an F1 engineer now doing private commissions I guess they fall into the 'if you have to ask' category......
