Hmm - the old stone walls suggest somewhere like Cornwall or the Scilly Isles but the caves have thrown me!

Beach is Rispond, North Coast and the cave is Smoo Cave, near Durness, a short bike ride from Cape Wrath. Surprisingly warm, but water is baltic.
And midges don't bother me.
Just watch out for 'hot spots' on the beaches...
Ah, gorgeous place to be... I was going to say Sango too, but I guess this place has a bit more sand and a bit less rock. Smoo Cave is ace... I remember the tour guides there, total mentalists... "We know there's more caves down this 1 ft by 9 inch underwater siltladen gap, but we've not got in yet because we got halfway and got our breathing gear stuck..."
