Whether you agree with raising it in the first place, the arguments over who owns it and whether it should be a museum piece or actually run (and granted, those are important considerations) permission was given by Gina to a project to raise it, restore it and for that team to be the ones to do it. Stuff has happened since but in no doubt is the skill and dedication and attention to detail of that team. 

My cousin was part of that and I've never had time to really chat properly to him about it, so I'm not going to comment on anything he has said to me about the 'politics' of it, just reflect that under their leadership they had it running pretty much as was intended which was an amazing thing in itself.
