They just can't take it, some are banged up for up to 21 hours a day if they're not working (except on a weekend) Now they want the [s]tax payer[/s] prison to supply fans or air con. Some are even saying that the showers are too hot, which is odd as works haven't altered the temperatures!
Hope none of them ever end up in a jail somewhere proper hot.

It's alright, if they block up the toilet and sink with loo paper then they can make it overflow, so they have a nice cool paddling pool to cool their feet in.
