Grrrrr, my 7 year old came home from school saying on Friday.

It's now officially a thing.

I thought it was officially a thing 6 years ago. (I works wiv da yoof, innit).

My mother-in-law has been saying it since I've known her (20+ years). It was annoying when I first heard it. It still is.

2nd most annoying thing ever.

Just saying.

It's like totes amazeballs.

I'm not sure about "oh my days", it can be cute. But I like it when people say "vexes" and it's probably the same thing, yeah? No?

Didn't realise this was a thing! There you go, I must be totally out of the loop, pop-culture wise. 🙁
I do like to use the word 'vexed' when I get the chance, though.

I had a tete a tete recently with a group of young adults who were making a nuisance of them selfs.
In the short conversation I used the words "screwing" "rudeboy" and "ramping".

It's amazing how easy it is to fall in to the old ways.

The pace of current popular culture is quite good for us old folk - I don't have time to pick up on the tail end of anything and look slightly out of touch when I start talking about it as I never get a chance to realise it's been and gone.
