Notifications of messages will come next. That's got some theme compatibility issues at the moment.

Please Please Please put the notifications in an expected place. Top right or left should do it. The current position is not consistent with that.

IIRC all the pages/services I use also use a colour change to highlight the fact a new message has arrived, either to the MSG icon or the link.

I would also like to take the opportunity to say

[img] [/img]

for your hard work [and to the dev as well].

Can't tell if sarcasm or not.
when he PMs you will you tell us what he said

I suspect the reason is that sometimes i have been e-mailed when i dont actually have e-mail as it is not accessible at work with this i would see it and take the warning and not just carry on and then get banned for ignoring the warning i had not seen

i assume others just set up an e-mail account to log on and never even check it or use it so e-mailing them is pointless where as this way they will see it

messages arrive in the same e-mail account as insulting e-mails from STW mods, Cougar
never had a rude one tbh i just object to the lack of explanation but they have always been polite if a little terse
Negative use of forum stop - what bit was negative ....SILENCE

No idea how they expect me to stop if i dont know what bit was the bad bit in a long withering post of the type i do

ALL OF IT NOBHEAD. MODS

If that really is an addition from the mods at the bottom of Junkyards last post I love the "polite if a little terse" nature of it. ๐Ÿ˜€

Can the mods read messages?

Suspect those with database admin privileges can.

Yup. We're ****ed.

I should have reworded my question to "Does anyone have admin privilege to access private message content".

Is it possible to block PMs from everybody else on the forum?

It is abit bloody stupid that the first you'll know of a message is when you decide to actively go to your profile page rather than the forum that has the message function informing you that said message function has in fact for once worked as designed and delivered one of said message functions messages......

I'll still feel violated if there's a message there.

I'm sure some roasted aubergines, pomegranate seeds and toasted pine nuts with a spinach and basil salad will calm you down.

Bearing in mind I just had to manually add the formatting to the quote I had to copy and paste....no...no there won't be attachments.
