I agree, a brilliant and heart warming read. I have neither space or need of a caravan so figure I’ll donate to the BHF instead.

Honestly that's the best advert I've seen in years.

Someone will buy it and indeed turn it into the latest tea shop, wedding venue bar, pop up street food vendor or even a kiddies playroom for the garden.

The awning's probably been eaten by mice.
