End of a cold night here down under, just poured a glass of my 3 year old Sloe Gin, can't think of a better end of the evening drink with some good music.

No. Nothing. Makes the cheapest crapest gin tasty.

Also try gin + a good marmalade into a jar leave a for a few months to flavour. Not as good but still good.

I'd agree with chucking berries in bad Gin to make it better tasting too.

But the point about a late night tipple and savoring it really hits the spot, solace, simple pleasures, taste, environment, mood.

Gets my vote very time.

Do carry on ๐Ÿ˜€

Damson gin.
Bramble Whisky
Chilli Vodka... makes a cracking Bullshot.
I made an apple and blackberry Gin with a hint of cinammon once, but it barely made it to maturity.

I have maturing at the moment...

Blueberry Vodka (2nd 1 litre bottle this year)

Plum Brandy
Plum & Orange Vodka
Orange Vodka
Apple & Cinnamon Brandy

Waiting on the blackberries to come out to use that in some varieties of alcohol.

When you've drunk the gin put the sloes an a baking sheet and melt chocolate on to them. Then eat.

Sloe Vodka and Damson Gin just about getting to a year old - good job it's over in France or it wouldn't have made past 1 month old
