I've loosely followed the iDave diet this year and have decided if I'm going to have to have a cheat day, this week, then that day is Xmas Day.
Luckily this coincides with the annual Cowell Family eating competition.
Weigh in 1 at 9am.
Weigh in 2 at 9pm.
The aim is to gain the most weight in that 12 hour period, I failed dismally last year as a result of a murderous hangover. This year I'm going all out for the win.
Anybody got any strategy tips, any challengers fancy seeing if they can beet the 6lb record??
Have a really good tip out just before the first weigh-in.
Drink as much water as will humanly fit inside you just before second weigh-in (a gallon of water weighs 10 pounds).
Don't use the lavatory at all during the day.
Sneakily put on a few extra layers during the day as the incremental increase in size won't be noticed....probably.
