I have just recieved a phonecall from an unkniwn number. Caller was foreign, thought it was my mat playing silly beggars. Got irritated so put phone down. Was surprised to get phoned back with the man on the other end saying "Why did you hang up? listen to me!, i am Donald sombody or other, you have won 850,000 dollars!!"
Slightly concerned as surely these people are not just calling people out of the phone book?

I wouldn't trust anyone calling themselves "Donald sombody or other".
Don't most people know their own name fairly well? Sounds like a very badly thought out scam to me 😉
