Think hes off to Tesco now to buy 42 loaves or he's trying to photoshop 42 into one pic

I think it's more hilarious you still had to go Tesco. Impressive bread order though.

Thanks Mods - as super sharp as I was super dumb!! 😳
Was not aware that I could refuse something that I had ordered and paid for.
If I was do you think I would have afforded everyone this amount of Schadenfreuder?

Dunno. Some people are just very altruistic 8)

To be honest, I am surprised the delivery driver didn't raise an eyebrow and ask if a mistake had been made.

I had the opposite a couple of weeks ago when I ordered 1 loose cherry. I've also in the past purchased 1 small banana. They will always let you send stuff back.

You do realise that if you have paid for the free delivery for orders over £40 that you don't have to do an initial order of £40 don't you? We just put one thing on (to get the slot) and we just get a warning saying we will be charged for delivery.

Still - last week (just back from a holiday in LA so jet lagged) we ordered 6 carrots. In fact we ordered 6 x 1.2kg bags of carrots. Once also ordered 10 bags of apples 🙂

Do you want to put lots of you personal details on the internet for the world to see instead of the OP?

Sheesh. Easy there girl. I'd assumed it was a picture of 42 loaves of bread, not an invoice.

Well perhaps next time you should think before accusing the mods of being over zealous.

I think given recent activity, there is no question of that. However, in this case, it seems they did the right thing and for that they must be applauded. I expect a spike in premier sign-ups.

Don;t jump on the mods re this one - they did a great job in spotting some personal details on the delivery note and killed the post.

Pic of van loaded with loaves:
(residtributed 25 to family, friends and neighbours - the rest are nestling in various freezers around the village!!)

get some fishees and feed the 5000??

I think I've posted this before, but my late dad did an Ocado order and included some fishcakes (in a box of 6), decided he wanted two packs so types '2', then realises that they are in fact a special offer - two packs for the price of one - so he only needed to order a quantity of 1 to get two packets. So he deletes '2' and types '1'. He thinks.

21 x boxes 6 @ 2for1 = 252 fishcakes

but if you were making fishcake sandwiches that would only about for about 30 loaves
