IMO there are 2 different kinds of passwords; the ones to sites that have zero security implications and the ones to sites that do.
Managers deal with the latter well but if you want to log into STW out and about (and you don't have your phone for whatever reason) what then?

Your password vault is accessible from any device with Internet, but yes you need to have your 2FA device. That's the point of 2FA.
If you can get on the internet to check STW, you can get on the internet to check Lastpass (and I imagine the others) for the password.
Haven’t seen Bitwarden mentioned. It’s solid, reliable, easy to use and there are apps for ios and android, Linux and windows.
If you’re into that kind of thing/ very cautious you can host it on your own server. It is generally well regarded by the info-sec community.
Your face and or a any other physical item (finger prints, physical hardware) are single points of failure.
